Impluse is aimed at all those who have perhaps not often come into contact with short film and are keen to immerse themselves in this diverse world. This year, creative animations will be shown, but current topics that concern us all will also be addressed. Explicit or violent content will be avoided here. The films are in German or without dialog. The program is recommended for ages 14 and up. The program partner is Bündnis 90/Die Grünen Regensburg
